Westchase villages have specific standards for what is visible from the street, and window treatments are on that list. The usual requirement is a white or off-white backing on anything facing out. That is not a limitation once you understand how a roller is built: the street sees the backing, you see the face, and those are two different things. You can run a charcoal or bronze fabric inside and still be perfectly compliant.
