The Lord of the Blinds LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you submit the quote form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, city and project details you choose to give us. If you call or text, we receive your phone number. If you accept cookies, we also collect basic usage measurements — which pages were viewed, roughly what area the visit came from, and general device and browser information. If you decline, none of that is collected. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

What you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry, schedule a measure, prepare a quote and provide service afterwards. Usage measurements are used only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.

Cookies

When you first arrive we ask whether you accept cookies. Nothing optional is set until you answer.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google. We have configured it to anonymise your IP address and to keep advertising cookies and ad personalisation switched off, so it measures audience only — we do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not run ads on this data.

If you decline, analytics is never loaded and no measurement cookies are set.

Either way we store one small cookie of our own, lotb_consent, which records your answer so we stop asking. It lasts a year, holds nothing but that choice, and is not shared with anyone.

Third parties

The quote form on this page is hosted for us by an outside service we use to manage customer enquiries. When you submit it, the details you typed are stored on that service's servers as well as reaching us. It handles that information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles requests on our behalf and may log standard request data, including your IP address, for security and performance. That happens on every visit and is not affected by your cookie choice.

Web fonts are served from our own server. Opening this site does not contact Google Fonts.
