Motorized zipper track windproof outdoor shades
The outdoor shade that does not flap, gap or blow out of its track — because the fabric edge is welded into a zipper that runs inside a sealed side channel.
What you actually get
A regular patio screen is held only at the top and bottom. The first real gust lifts the edges, light and bugs get past it, and eventually the wind pulls it out of the guides. A zipper track shade solves that mechanically: a continuous zipper is welded onto both edges of the fabric and rides inside an aluminium side track, so the screen stays locked from top to bottom no matter what the weather does.

Questions we get a lot
How much wind can a zipper track shade take?
Far more than a standard roll-down screen, because the fabric is held along its entire edge rather than just at the corners. Ratings vary by size and fabric — we will give you the specific rating for your opening in writing on the quote. They are not a substitute for hurricane shutters.
Does it really keep the bugs out?
That is the main reason people choose it. The zipper closes the gap at the sides that ordinary screens leave open, so the seal is continuous down both edges.
Can it be used to close in a lanai completely?
Yes. With a privacy or blackout mesh you can close in a lanai, balcony or outdoor kitchen and use it as a room. Many clients run several on one remote.
Are they motorized?
Yes — these are motorized as standard, on remote, app or voice. On a large or high opening a motor is the only practical option.
Do you install these in Miami as well as Tampa?
