Wide short windows and nothing to reach for
The classic Largo ranch has windows wider than they are tall, sitting low in the wall. Vertical-heavy treatments look wrong on those and horizontal blinds make the room feel shorter still. A wide roller or a horizontal zebra reads correctly on the proportion and, because the drop is short, it costs less than people expect.
