Ranch windows inland, ocean glass on the beach
Hollywood Lakes and Emerald Hills are largely mid-century: long horizontal windows, terrazzo, low ceilings, and rooms that need light let in rather than shut out. Light filtering roller or a wide zebra is right there, and heavy blackout in a living room would be actively wrong.

Do the beach units need different hardware than the inland houses?
Yes. Within a couple of blocks of the ocean we use corrosion-resistant components as standard. A mile inland that premium is not necessary and we will say so.
What suits a mid-century ranch with long low windows?
A wide light filtering roller or a horizontal zebra. Both suit the proportion, and because the drop is short they are less expensive than people expect.
