What you actually get
Most of what goes wrong on a shade is fixable and cheaper than a replacement. Chains snap, clutches wear, brackets pull out of drywall, motors stop responding because they are simply flat rather than dead, and remotes lose their pairing after a battery change.
We repair what we installed, and plenty of what we did not. The fastest way to get an answer is a short video: run the shade, film what it does, and text it over.

Questions we get a lot
My motorized shade stopped responding — is it dead?
Usually not. Nine times out of ten it is a flat battery or a lost pairing. Charge it fully first; if it still will not move, send us a video.
Do you repair blinds you did not install?
Yes, as long as parts are available for that system. We will tell you before we come out if it is not worth it.
Can you replace just the fabric?
Often, yes — if the headrail and clutch are sound, re-fabricking is much cheaper than a new shade.
How fast can you come out?
Repairs are usually scheduled within a few days.
